For the first time, Chef Andrew hosted an exclusive dim sum masterclass at Montage Los Cabos, where guests learned the artistry of professional folding techniques and handcrafted methods for steamed, baked, and fried dim sum.

Guests had the opportunity to prepare, fill, and fold a selection of steamed, baked, and fried dim sum throughout the session.
