Michelin-starred Chef Andrew Yeo
Growing up in Singapore, Chef Andrew Yeo’s culinary foundation was forged in his grandmother’s kitchen where he mastered the art and heart of traditional family recipes. This heritage, combined with formal training at the SHATEC Institute, launched a global career defined by Michelin-starred excellence and high-stakes hospitality.
Chef Yeo most recently served as Global Executive Chef for Tao Group Hospitality, directing the vision for celebrated Cantonese brands including the Michelin-starred Hakkasan and Yauatcha. His extensive leadership tenure includes Executive Chef roles at The Miami Beach EDITION overseeing programmes by Jean-Georges, and The Ritz-Carlton properties in Boston and Amelia Island. A specialist in property launches, he played a pivotal role in the culinary debuts of The Shanghai EDITION, and Ritz-Carlton properties in Montreal, Hong Kong, and Dove Mountain.
Now back in Singapore, Chef Yeo brings his rich tapestry of international experience to The Culinary Stage. Moving beyond traditional frameworks, he blends technical precision with emotional resonance to create dining environments where every flavour becomes a lasting memory.
